Hazardous substance exposure work report

 

 

Reporting period

Between January 1, 2021 and March 31, 2021, please report the work from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

 

Purpose

For substances that are considered to pose a potential health hazard to humans, the business operators themselves investigate the manufacturing and handling status of the substances subject to reporting, and report the results to the Labor Standards Office. It is a report stipulated by Japanese law.

 

Target business operator

To be reported is businesses that manufacture or handle more than 500 KG of each substance during the reporting period.

In the case of a drug product containing the substance to be reported, it is necessary to report when the content of the substance exceeds 500KG in the manufacturing or handling amount.
